Mondays 12pm EST
Barre

Primarily focused on standing work to tone the legs & arms! A wall, chair, countertop or wall will do (no barre necessary). All levels welcome.

Tuesdays 12pm EST
Yoga/Mobility

Active range work to help mobilize the body from top to tail. Mindful movement to create the experience of length in the body. All levels welcome.

Thursdays 12pm EST
Pilates

A full body activation every time! Working on toning and functional movement to build strength. Variations available to customize your experience. All levels welcome.

Fridays 12pm EST
Mobility/Meditation

A little bit of movement before we settle into exploring different mindfulness based practices. Gentle body scans, listening exercises, and even a cozy an-time. All levels welcome.
